About these terms
These terms apply when you use shooms.net. The site is run by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DEFINE SOLUTIONS”, registered in Ukraine under EDRPOU code 42254167, 7/410 Hazova Street, Lviv 79019, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The site presents SHOOMS, our software and hardware for clay-target shooting ranges. The product itself is sold under a separate agreement; these terms don't cover it.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about SHOOMS and to contact us. Please don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Content and trademarks
The text, images, videos, design and documents on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view them, and save or print pages for your own use, including to evaluate SHOOMS for your range or club. Any other use needs our written permission.
"SHOOMS" and the SHOOMS logo are our trademarks. Don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Documentation
The user manuals and quick-start guides on the site are for owners and operators of SHOOMS equipment. You may use them to operate and look after that equipment, but you may not redistribute, publish or sell them.
Administrator, installer and service documents are not published. We send them by email, on request, to clients whose range we have confirmed, and the same rules apply to them.
Prices and product information
Prices on the site are indicative and are not an offer. Final prices, scope and terms are agreed separately in writing. We try to keep product information accurate, but features and specifications may change.
Links to other sites
The site links to our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and policies apply.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it is error-free, always available or complete. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about the site, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including indirect or consequential loss and lost profits or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived are not affected.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.
Language versions
These terms are published in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it applies.
